We want every reader to love their Read Life lamp. That's why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy — no stress, no hassle.
Step 1 — Contact us first
All returns start with an email. Before sending anything back, reach out to us at info@thereadlife.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Step 2 — Ship it back
Once your return is approved, pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide. Please use a tracked shipping service — we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Step 3 — Get your refund
As soon as we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and include all accessories. Items returned after 30 days, without prior email approval, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
Received a damaged or wrong item?
Email us at info@thereadlife.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. In this case, we cover the return shipping and will send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
